OnePlus has officially unveiled its latest smartphone under the Nord series, the OnePlus Nord CE6, focusing on smoother performance, extended battery life, and enhanced gaming capabilities. The device was launched in India and is positioned as one of the most interesting mid range smartphones of 2026.The biggest highlight of the OnePlus Nord CE6 is undoubtedly its enormous 8000mAh battery, making it one of the largest battery capacities ever introduced by OnePlus in a smartphone. The battery is paired with 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging via USB-C, allowing users to recharge the large battery in a relatively short time. According to OnePlus the device is capable of lasting more than two days under normal usage.
On the front, the smartphone features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. This combination delivers a smoother and more responsive experience whether users are gaming, scrolling through social media or streaming videos.
The display also supports up to 1800 nits peak brightness, ensuring good visibility even under bright outdoor lighting.Powering the device is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset, paired with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage. OnePlus also includes virtual RAM expansion support to improve multitasking performance. The smartphone runs OxygenOS 16 based on Android 16 straight out of the box.
For photography, the Nord CE6 is equipped with a 50MP main camera alongside a 2MP secondary sensor. On the front, users get a 32MP selfie camera with autofocus support.
